Find Your License Key (Ticket Id)

In this article, you will learn how to find the license number of your locally installed jBEAM. This procedure is necessary, for example, if you do not have the license certificate document at hand.

Instructions

  1. Open the CodeMeter Control Center app: License Overview

  2. Click the WebAdmin button to open it in your browser:

  3. Click on the Product Code line of your installed jBEAM or product you want to analyze:

  4. The Extended Protected Data #127 field contains the license key (in hex code). Select and copy the Value text and proceed to the next step:

  5. Paste the copied text into the Hex field below and then click Decode to retrieve your readable license key:
