New Search Feature in Data Explorer
The new feature “Data Explorer Search” (magnifier icon or Ctrl+F) enables to highlight the results of a search one after the other or as a whole. In contrast to the filter, the tree structure is not clipped to the filter results but they are marked in color within the whole tree. Via navigation, the results can be clicked through forward or backward, or all results highlighted at once. The search settings can be defined more precisely in the Explorer settings.
Highlighting in Block Diagram improved
The Block diagram now features an improved highlighting of filtered results. The appearance of nodes and edges can also be defined more precisely, especially whether they are filtered or not. Colors and lines can be set in a new tab in the "Block diagram configuration" window.
New Options in Time At Level Calculation
The Time At Level calculation is often used in crash calculations where not only the force itself is considered in the evaluation of injury risks but also the duration of the impact. To make it ready for increasing requirements, the calculation has been completely reworked. It now offers a configurable length of the analyzed time window as well as a selection which signal parts (positive/negative/absolute) are considered. Optionally, the calculation can comply with the SAE standard. Existing calculations can be converted to the new mode.
Dynamic Grouping of Data Objects
Groups of data objects facilitate the processing of related data whether to use several similar signals in one calculation or to visualize them more effectively.
The conversion Grouping Data Objects now offers to group all data objects of one or more producers, e.g. importers, together with individual data objects, e.g. from calculations. A benefit of this feature is that even if the result objects of one of the selected producers change, e.g. if new result objects are added, the group is updated dynamically.
New Graphic Component: Phasor Diagram
The first implementation phase of the new graphic component Phasor Diagram (Phasor = phase vector) is now available. Up to 6 voltage and/or current signals (single values or channels) can be selected. Values in a channel can be controlled via data object, e.g. a cursor. Especially for NEV applications, the phasor diagram is used for evaluation of electric motor data.
