Online Deactivation

Release license from local computer to allow activation on another with internet connection.

  1. Open the Kistler License Portal

    • Go to https://software-licenses.kistler.com/ on the computer where the license is currently activated.

    • Enter your license key (Ticket ID) as shown on your license certificate or delivery note.

  2. Initiate License Deactivation

    • Click the Re-Host Licenses button.

    • Verify the desired license is selected and click Deactivate Licenses.

  3. Complete the Deactivation

    • Confirm the deactivation as instructed by the portal.

    • Once the license is deactivated on the original system, you are now able to activate it on a new system using the same license key.

 

After successful deactivation, the license is free to be activated on another computer..
