Online Update

1. Open the Kistler License Portal

• Go to https://software-licenses.kistler.com/ on the computer where the license is installed.

• Enter your license key (Ticket ID) as shown on your license certificate or delivery note.

2. Check for Available Updates

• After logging in, you will see an overview of your licenses.

• This Availlable 1 of 2 status indicates, that an update to this license is availlable for activation.

• Green LED icon indicates that the license is correctly recognized on this local computer.

• Click Activate Licenses.

3. Activate License Update

• Ensure the correct container is selected ("Kistler Software VM").

• And also the license is selected.

• Normally both settings get auto selected for you.

• Click Activate selected licenses.

4. Complete the Update

• The portal will automatically transfer the updated license to your local system.
