Augment catalog files

Measurements combined into a catalog can now be augmented on import. This way, calculations can use channels of all individual measurements together.

File location meta data

Meta data that is implicitly encoded within directory structures can now be parsed during measurement import and hence improves automation.

More control over report notifications

It is now possible to better control when report jobs send notifications.
