Our jBEAM customer portal provides customers 24/7 access to asking jBEAM usage questions, report problems and send extension ideas.

This Jira portal requires login. Once you have a user account, you can file tickets, receive emails from the ticket system about activity and direct links to your ticket.

If you have no account yet, simply send us an email with your request and we will create your user account and first ticket.
