New Options for Importer Naming
The automatic name generation for the component name of importers offers now new options. Besides “File name”, also “Folder name” and “Regular expression” can be selected. Thus, even folder names of higher levels or any part of the file path (using regex) can now be used as new component name.
Micro Control MC911 Importer
The former ACF Importer has been extended to the Micro Control MC911 Importer and now, besides the ACF format, also supports the MCI format of the MC911 software.
Extended Excel Sheet from Template
The export module Excel Sheet from Template now provides the option to save the Excel file as a template without measured values.
In addition, it no longer requires an existing Excel template, but can also create an Excel configuration from scratch.
Omission
This new durability component (Auto-Sequence -> Test Bench Preparation) enables to shorten signals. The aim is to create shorter signals which provide a definable minimum target damage. Also, a minimum size of preserved peaks can be defined as well as different transition modes between the signal parts.
Visual Signal Editor with new functions
The Visual Signal Editor has been extended by:
Gradient stretch function: This function stretches signals in a way that a definable gradient is not exceeded. To level off the curve, values are added in areas with high gradient. All selected signals remain synchronous.
Stretching/Compressing function: It can be used to stretch or compress signals or areas of signals by a definable factor.
FFT-Spectrum with Correction of Energy Loss
The calculation FFT-Spectrum has been extended by a scaling factor (correction) which is intended to compensate the energy loss or amplitude distortion caused by the application of a window function.
1D-Classification enabled for Rainflow Matrices
The counting procedure 1D-Classification has been extended by a second method for level crossing counting. Besides the already contained method according to DIN, now also the symmetric method can be selected.
Rainflow Superposition
This new calculation allows to superpose several rainflow matrices. The individual matrices can be weighted by a factor. It is possible to calculate matrices with different grids or to generate a new grid.
Multiaxial Loading
The calculation Multiaxial Loading determines the damages depending on the angles for 2D and 3D cases. The angle with the maximum damage is calculated as well as the rainflow matrices for 2 interactively selected points.
